Lunchtime Recharge
We are happy to inform our english speaking practitioners that from 12 September they will have the opportunity to attend the lunch practices with Achutananda from United Kingdom.
Achutananda has dedicated more than 25 years of teaching, lecturing and conducting courses and seminars around the world about different topics to diverse audiences. His style of teaching provides depth and understanding of yoga available to all.

Whether you are someone who sits behind a desk all day or deals with the kids and household all day, a mid-day practice can be invaluable to restoring your peace of mind! These sessions will include some gentle asana and breathing practice combined with a 30 minute relaxation (Yoga Nidra) session.
